This may re-work out better as a reverse merger, rather than an acquisition.
Time will tell.

No yet, I Just looked. This is the issue...

ORDER: Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that by October 26, 2021, Plaintiff shall amend its Complaint to allege the citizenship of each party in the case. If Plaintiff fails to amend the Complaint by that date, or otherwise properly establish this Court's jurisdiction pursuant to 28U.S.C. § 1332(a)(2), the Court will dismiss this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction without further notice. SO ORDERED., ( Amended Pleadings due by 10/26/2021.) (Signed by Judge John P. Cronan on 10/19/2021) (ama) (Entered: 10/20/2021)

It's an easy fix and not at all an uncommon issue. Not sure why this happens so often as all complainants need to do this. This would be the fault of the attorney. I'm sure they will correct it, unless Roger decides to let the suit go, and I don't see that happening.

And I can say with certainty that the suit has NOT been dismissed.
