My .02 centavos worth: I believe during an offering (and perhaps some time after)the company is prohibited from issuing any PR's. So, we'll just have to suffer the manipulation till the next PR is released. Hopefully it will be announcing the date for the cancelled special meeting and/or something else positive.
What really pisses me off is the warrants will only trade in Toronto which prohibits me from accumulating any.
