the infrastructure bill is about addressing things NOW not in 10 years time or when ever the Santa Barbara team decide.

I cant think even in the R&D sections of the bill where they would be qualified for any financing.

but there will be some hype in the market and any company with hydrogen in their name will probably benefit. Maybe facebook will be adding hydrogen to their name?
