Falk stated in an earlier web cast that the "royalties" on the audio/video platform were "several hundred dollars" per unit.
However, it is my understanding that e.Digital will be paying Digitalway for manufacturing out of the per-unit payment it receives from APS (which e.Digital is calling a "royalty"). Although e.Digital claims revenue is expected to be about $1 million (probably around $900 per unit), the margin could (and will IMO) end up being very slim.
