What do you think about this "explanation" that I gave?

"I think it makes sense to say that Diwan is very good at "protecting" what Diwan sees as Diwan's, to the detriment of the shareholders who have funded Diwan's efforts thus far."

Instead of talking in riddles or about what other posters are missing, how about some substantive comments about what is "the simplest and most logical explanation?"

What do you think are the reasons for (1) not publishing the work or concept in peer reviewed journal with an adequate description of methods for creating and QC/CMC of the nanoviricides, and (2) having NNVC be required to license Diwan's IP from Diwan's holding company Theracour?

How do those things benefit shareholders?
