All I know is I talked to 2 separate Finra reps,they both said the same thing,and it's very possible to get a clean ticker since the cusip is still alive and active...they both said it could be back to normal but it could take a lil time to accrue some interest in trading the OTC 211 is exactly as they stated...
Maybe call yourself I provided the number and prompts...they explained this to Medizone's lawyer and Mr. ZHANG,Zhang said same today as he his contracting market makers...
Seems a bit of hoops to go thru,but maybe that's why Finra regulates and if misconduct or irregularities are found and then CLEARED up such as Medizone here,then this is what's done...I'll say this i owning Medizone since 1990,they did domicile in Kalamazoo Mi.when ceo Milton Adair was ceo,Ed Marshall never brought the company back to CALLY or Nevada... it started off as Madison funding 1986 then medizone 1988 in Nevada,then when McGrath and Latino left it was Milton Adair a ceo with extensive ceo exp. In Michigan. So to say the company was never in Michigan is a lie...Anyways according to Finra they have Medizone current explanation and again this is what I was told by 2 different Fibra reps on their recorded line...as far as Td America not knowing this rule does not surprise me,lots of new reps and they said they cant request a trade until their is an open market for them..so calling market makers to accept trades is it...you might be surprised call yourself...I asked a few times can Medizone be traded Finra all said YES as long as their is an active market for trades on the security by mm...So if you call market makers and ask maybe just maybe,they can execute your trade and after a few are done that's when the market makers send in form OTC 211 to finra to get new ticker.. AGAIN CALL YOURSELF,YES I AGREE YOU MIGHT THINK THEY'D JUST UNSUSPENED THE TICKER...GIVE NEW ONE...this is what 2 Finra Experience reps said along with Medizone CEO Harry Zhang...?remember it was people here who 1st said ticker deleted,it was suspended,big difference...in my own opinion,time will tell..
