TDS is in a quiet period and most likely bound by NDAs. I would prefer TDS says NOTHING than jeopardize agreements and ultimately future of company and $CLHI PPS. Simple as that, bottom line. You don’t like it then leave or stay and stick it out but it’s clear what is going on without spewing negativity about it, unless you are just out to get shares for less which it seems you are, GLTU ;-) IMO
