Major different from last time... This time the Company has 260 million in cash and no debt. If he does file, probably 1 for 5 or 10. Who knows there still could be a merger on the table.

How can they go from 3.3 million shares to almost a billion shares in less than 2 years. Sounds like poor management to me!!!
