I'll point out once again the issue with the 1111 Maple Ave property they bought.
Pursuant to a Purchase and Sale Agreement dated October 5th, 2020 between the Company and John Phillips, the Company acquired a property with an address of 1111 Maple Avenue, Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania, 15145. The consideration paid was a convertible note in the amount of $400,000.
At the assessors office, it's ownership is listed under John Philips with a sale price of $35,000. It was purchased by him on 5/9/20.
