at icoa, i figure the phones are ringing, conversations occurring, fingers tapping out words on paper, emails fax.

i figure they havnt changed, just ramping up something more, new and improved?

perhaps , in the negotiations, there was a glitch, or something had to be done to satisfy the parties mutual agreement?
