I view this nothing other than an attempt to push the price down with panic selling. I’m not worried, we are so close to finding out the details. If the REG A was going to be issued at market price, I would definitely release very positive news before the REG A offer to get the price higher so that they will get more capital for the same share. That’s why I don’t I’m not worried. Just my opinion though. Time Will tell soon enough.
