Carl, you are 100% correct. If the Florida decision is contradicted by the California decision it will be very embarrassing and dangerous for the FL court to defend their decision. Any appeals attorney will easily expose the inappropriate and possibly illegal motives of the Florida court. Nobody involved in that decision will want it reopened. The Florida decision will be easily overturned.
