The dividend is coming still, possibly very soon. From what I understand the company has been working out the details with FINRA. I have communicated periodically with the company and expect more soon.
Rock I believe the person in question paid 15 cents for his last buy. My impression is that he honestly believes this will be a good investment/speculation and that he has most of his money in this stock. But at one stage I had the impresstion that he traded both ITUP and this stock and used it to increase the value of his portfolio. Now he only has 700 shares in ITUP against a high of about 2,000 shares as far as I remember. The stock dividend depends on its acceptance by another entity and it seems uncertain to me to what extent the company can be blamed for the delays. Ignorance seems to have played a role here but the company has at least a certain responsibility for its lack of knowledge on how to proceed to fulfil its intentions in my view.
