It is a moot point until your broker allows you to enter a buy order.

You will need to monitor the bid/ask and submit an order based on those numbers at the time.

I don't think you can place an order to "buy GOFF when trading resumes" (especially if you can't get past the "no buy orders for GOFF edit" in the first place...
