I recently had that choice for verification, chose text, nothing came, then chose email, worked fine. Open up a ticket with CB so you can get access again. It's all by email as the bastards refuse to provide phone support.

Anyone else having issues with the app, especially apple's app. USE a PC for trouble free access and trades and moves.

I had similar issue a few months back… the email coinbase sent was to my my iPad and I needed to verify the new email on my iPhone as that was the new device I was using. I verified email on my phone and was able to log in. I’m not sure if that is some information you can use for your situation but I was locked out until I verified the email with my iPhone.
