And if they are essentially prioritizing for existing shareholders to fund the Reg A ….

Does that mean they don’t have any big whales lined up to fund it ???

The assumption was that the Reg A would at least be 50% higher or more than current share price, since big whales won’t be able to get millions of shares at current trading price value due to the float being completely locked here.

If the Reg A is set at anything less than $1.00 here, that will be a major bummer compared to what we were anticipating.
