It was .0158 mid to end of February ‘21and then was back up to .0082 on July 26, ‘21 when CE placed.

The statement is more factual and correct than..."Ce been on nearly 2 months now and been a year since it was anywhere near a penny."

.0082 is near a penny and it was trading over a penny in March. .082 is closer to a penny than March is to a year.
