Ah, it was an email. I always look for the disclaimer that comes with an article. But you state they were paid $5K. But by whom, I wonder.

Since they've been touting they were acquiring two new companies for a number of years, it could still be old news. And I can't see a reason why they'd do a R/S.

I guess anyone curious could contact Teresa and ask for clarification.
