On your #3 From what I've read those shares are restricted and cannot be retired or sold at this time. IDK how long they are restricted or the conversion PPS (if there is one set). But it seems we don't have to worry about them in the near term. If any IHub'ster out there knows more about these restricted shares please opine. TIA HB
