Well, if you ever had any responsibility, like a managership or Business owner, you will know that many new questions come to the forefront every day, so mistakes will naturally be made! The guy is doing his best, and you can't compete with him, so have some faith? You cant keep hating everybody all the time! This is a stressful "Investment" area to be in, so cool it down!
Hey, it might take another 5 years before the devices are placed, so expect many quiet days and months, as things don't get better because you want them to? It'll be problem after problem, even after placement of the devices!
