From a non biased mind one would think that had this case been a slam dunk the sec would've slammed the door shut and threw away the keys on nphc and it ceo.
But the way this is going logically indicates that we are seeing an sec case that is at the very best is handing down accusations which are at most are in the gray area and subject to lawyer's interpretations thus the battle at hand
When this happens will necessarily see a settlement before too long because the sec obviously does not want to take this to court in fear of losing it all and Rik wants to settle out of court to reduce the time being in this mess and on his OWN TERMS
With your help I would not doubt it one bit that you will be looking with a microscope at all things NPHC to try ( and fail miserably ) to find anything to stick, LOL
