It takes a while…usually 6 months as you will be SEC reporting and typically submit audited financials which aren’t no joke.

Short term wise, not the kind of catalyst to move us up as we have a lot of myopic traders in OTC.

They went current around 9/30 ish. The bid was above .01 and has held above .01 since. They have not filed for bankruptcy and have more than 50 investors. 30 days. Possibly around Halloween.
