Why would Medtronic go through all the trouble of concocting this ruse and heavily redacting the agreement only to leave THE SMOKING GUN evidence of a buyout completely unredacted and sitting in plain sight??
Answer is they wouldn’t IF they were trying to conceal a buyout…..
