No. They are transferring ownership to the new owners. Everything is about to be revealed here very shortly.

You are misunderstanding. This is a good thing! The motion is the official request to turn over control from SSM to IFAN. The motion also refers to cancellation of improperly issued shares. We just dont know how many shares will be cancelled yet. This means the PPS should increase. I think a lot will be revealed next week.
