I would not place too much faith in the thought of retaining the health side. Seems to be a well placed thought that, to me, covers over what might be happening 'behind closed doors'.
Any 'new' direction requires money to move forward. Why keep idle assets that could generate needed cash if sold off? The health side seems primed for sale (with staffing) if the right offer comes along.
