What? What are you talking about? Are you seriously entertaining the notion that “intangible assets cannot be sold”?????? In the face of a signed APA highlighting the sold IP? And our continued pasting of the WRITTEN PR stating all assets including all intangibles were sold????
For the record : I am not wrong, I don't have to prove anything to anyone. 3yrs after the fact..whatever. Pointing out the obvious - Reading that 6th monitor's report with the unsealed documents really would help. Then again, reading the court reports & SEC filings would too. Whatever, the choice is yours to make, you are responsible for your own investment.
