Yes, but they are easily persuaded to move up to 0.0006 and 0.0007 when they realize they can make 20 or 40 percent more, especially when the bid is rapidly growing. That's called momentum and as long as that bid keeps growing it will happen. If it keeps growing like it did yesterday then seeing (not necessarily holding) 0.0007 today is ECEZ!!
