My guess is the name change will happen before the Reg A is posted…why else would they say, “The Company plans to have the Reg A filed within 35 days.”?
I think they’re assuming the name change would happen within this period…they may have received news from Finra telling them it should happen within this time period. IMO
If I was running the company I wouldn’t want to file the Reg A until the name changed. I guess we’ll see…less than 2 weeks.
