I think HGLC can not be unwound & Ron realized this in April 2021. I think he planned doing a bullshit merger with his current scam. I think the million were front loaders friends, family and paid Pimps. This would’ve ran to $0.003’s. I would say 80% of the shares are in long dead pennymark accounts Oh well
