The 8k was released in June, since then NECA completed the deal and acquire Third Bench it's in the pr released on 7/21/21 the deal is done, reason as jeff mention David will be new ceo. They can extend if they feel its needed. But 90 days will be up an we will wait an see what the plans are moving foward. No matter what the change over is happening
