It is unknown what is in the dividend. It could be

1) art + museums (roughly $1 - $2 per share)
2) plus $400M in cash ($3 per share)
3) perhaps even the plantations (close to $12 per share)

The chance that you will get only what is in the filings (and none of the above) I would say is roughly 10%. If you buy the stock now.

It's a gamble but it is what it is.
