There is no liquidity currently. So saying this delay in payment is dangling a carrot makes no sense. Why would the company dangle a carrot when NOT diluting nor having much volume. Companies who dangle carrots, do that when there is lots of volume and lots of dilution. I was just pointing out, that the carrot theory and opinion here makes no sense. If folks want to say inept leadership, piss pore non communication, atrocious management, all may have merit, but the carrot theory is not a good one.
