Many month ago it was discussed ,on this board, that LVVV entered into a relationship with the (expert) grower. At that time general concenus was that it was a good move to accept the fact that they knew the mechanics of a highly specialized process. (evidently Bill admitted he did not have a green thumb). As owner and "landlord" I'm hoping that he was smart enough to build into the agreement that as things got more profitable the landlord would charge more rent and all would benefit. That's my belief and I'm sticking to it. Good luck to all
