Even if RLFT "abandoned" the funding (which I dispute), I see two major hurdles for NRXP:
1) Casually (informally) abandoning the project by itself does not make the CA null and void. Until both parties agree to terminate the contract, or a pre-defined termination clause in the contract is triggered --- the contract lives on.
2) It appears that RLFTF not only has lived up to their contractual funding obligations, they even exceeded it by funding 30% of the cost overruns.
On the surface, it appears that JJ needs to hire a more competent contract attorney.
