Kid, there's more than one "Anil Diwan" on the planet who has his name on patents.

Also, there are multiple repeats in your list, since the same patents are published in multiple countries.

Here's the point you should hopefully note when you finally find *the* relevant patent: its expiration date is 20 years from its filing date. Diwan's patent will expire long before any drug could possibly get to market, even if he was truly and diligently trying to develop a drug.
