Good to see you back and that you seem to be doing well. That said, what are you talking about? There will be no S-11, and in spite of the discussion a month ago of a new website, there really isn't a new website, or one of consequence. Why have confidence in the company? There hasn't been a reason for the confidence up to this point, particularly with the recent failures to acquire even one new building, or even keep the one they "acquired". I think you can only say "Way to go, Sir Murphy" after he has done something. He hasn't done much, if anything, for the company or stock price up to this point. At least not much positive, except that they do file their quarterly reports on time, which is new for this company.
