No and that's the point. There's nothing in the constitution when it pertains to a world wide pandemic. Stop insisting there is. You can't just rewrite the constitution to fit an agenda or conform to what one thinks it means.

I get a little lost on the last part about the Constitution and Bill of Rights and amenable rights. I don't understand why people bring up laws when wearing a mask and safe distances. It is a temporary thing.
Some people have said I look better with a mask on. Actually, my mask is a wrap around one (like a turtle neck extension)...I wear it all the time...when I go into 7-Eleven I pretend that I am robbing the place..just the thought part...not the word and deed part.
Anyways, Covid will eventually die out...the vaccinated are making that happen faster than without a vaccine. Kriste, what an imaginable? mess this would be if the vaccine was not here yet. USA would be at, I don't know 2 million down.
