We been over this repeatedly. There are a shit load of individual actions/inactions that are not considered absolute rights.
The SCOTUS decided long ago that one did not have the right to falsely shout fire in a crowded theater....because of the possibly fatal impact on members of a panicked crowd.

Driving: laws requiring seat belts, financial responsibility, observance of traffic signals and signs and against DUI are all infringements of individual rights for the purpose of protecting yourself AND others.
School children and members of the military are 'forced' to take injections for the sake of the public health of schoolmates, teachers, staff and fellow soldiers.

Unalienable rights is from the declaration of independence.
Our GOVERNING document delineates rights that the government cannot infringe upon. And the government has ruled that all of the above are not infringements of unalienable rights.
