If I put in a bid @ 29, pick up a few. Then place another bid @ 27, grab a few more, on the bid. Place another bid @ 25, doesn't fill, move bid up to 26, pick up a few more. Am I not accumulating shares?

I understand what your saying, but accumulation takes place on the bid, as well as the ask, does it not?
