I believe some people have converted their CDs, though I may be thinking of the preferred. They may have had to get certs to do that.

I have not received paper copies, but I didn't ask for them either. I just have the contra debenture in my TDA account. I planned on leaving it there for the five years. This is the first time I have been through something like this. Should I ask for a paper copy or does it just work itself out?

Also, What do we do with the cost basis and commissions of the original purchase? Does 90% of that remain with the debenture?
