Honestly, it’s a no brainer….

-krissa already canceled shares in other
tickers

-krissa has announced share cancellation in
other tickers

- krissa/Cooley own 3.47 billion of the 5.4 billion

so, they can afford to cancel 1.4 BILLION shares

with ifxy and still own a majority….. it’s just a

matter of announcing it… AND plus…. The likely

reason they are keeping IFXY is because there

are no annoying issues to deal with from prior mgnt

Meaning… old mgnt was more than happy to give

up control & shares to krissa…. So, no clearing of

goofy hurdles to get things done like with other

I'm sure he wants IFXY higher before next round of fundings. I didn't see too many 1mil+ sell on bid so maybe IFXY is consolidating for higher
