Dude I worked for Philip Morris for 7 years. These multi -billion dollar lawsuits are not new for them. The legal process hasn't even started yet. It will be in courts for a long, long time....and in the mean time, HCMC shareholders will get inpatient (most looking for instant gratification), and start unloading, as the stock keeps drifting down. I believe there was only some 300 million shares on the bid. How long do you think that will hold up before it goes down another notch? Dec 21 is an eternity away for a pinkie stock.
Philip Morris called the judge’s findings “one step in a long process that does not have an immediate effect” and it will present its position to the commission.
