I think that is spot on penny... PR now and let that settle for a couple weeks OR release PR just prior to the offering and set the price into a great deal of momentum. I believe 100% they know exactly what they are doing and are getting great advice exactly how to move forward... Granted not the quality of advice that Royko has provided since .01 but still adequate im sure.
