Is this what the center of the investigation is about? There is something going on here. A reason for the GAG order.

Did somebody goof? I questioned NUGX from the beginning.
This was supposed to be an IPO.

Either a transfer agent or some person or entity created this. If the company denies it then how is it here? Who is responsible?

Did they do this in order to stall Generex? To drain their money resources?

Man this smells like big pharma....
