Agree, filbert was recruited to this opportunity because he has all the contacts for mining in Indonesia,
I am sure one of the debtors brought him in and made it worth his time, I would imagine they laid out a plan for him, they probably took care of doing all the updated disclosures and becoming current as that is probably not filberts expertise.
with that in mind he just needs to go out and make deals to mine lithium.
If he is successful then the debtors will be paid or acquired the majority value in the re-born company.
In mining it is easy to create hype, mining is big in Indonesia, their country/govt supports it because it is a big export product And most of all they are going after the precious metal Lithium. I am sure they will find or mine other metals however the Lithium will create the noise/hype and draw in a bigger/better partner.
Going Pink is big because no partner would do a deal without it.
Being in US markets allows access to more $$ and better partners.
As news comes out the stock price should rise.
