If sufficient evidence proves beyond a doubt that they have all of those things but cannot be produced for investors to see with their own eyes, which it easily could be, then that would dismiss the question of them not having any of those things mentioned. Employees, who are they and what do they specifically do? If names don’t want to be provided, which I understand, then what are the job titles and what are they exactly doing concerning that job title. Tweet a copy of the patents or let the investors know where they can look them up. Why has none of the seven partners been named yet? I believe at a least a couple were going to be disclosed a while back. Tweet that out to the investors. NDA? Why not tweet a copy of the NDA agreement so investors can first hand see it? Just the litigation that they entered a non disclosure agreement. Zippa and Medusa, well, if you don’t have anything but a website to produce I don’t see how you can provide evidence for those. Instead of tweeting all of that out how about put it in an official PR? Bet the share price would go up then in my opinion. My evidence would be that none of this can be produced to show its real so in my opinion it does not exist until it can be produced for all of the shareholders to see.
