False. Nader could have done a dose justification study to submit to the FDA but he chose not to.

B52T38 , dose justification is the half life of the drug here and severity of the disease , and safety of the drug..
And pandemic when people dying all around us ..

There was no reason for FDA not to approve 4 doses of this safe drug , and no reason for DSMC to misinformed about interim results..
