This lawsuit was one of the first things I came across while investigating Rosenbaum. One area in which to know the character of a person is gleamed by looking at how he treats other people. If the accusations were true, which I believe they were, Rosenbaum showed himself to be completely unashamed at stealing other people's money, then lying to avoid repaying it. There's not a whole lot more I have to say about they guy, other than he is not the kind of person I would want anywhere near the helm of a business in which I am invested.
