The fact is GS applied for access to OTCIQ. Do you agreed, especially based on his tweet that he does not want to be on the expert market? Do you also agree that if he had OTC IQ access he would not keep it a secret? Do you agree that if he had OTCIQ access and he has financials ready then he would have been pink current?
Through that reasoning, my conclusion is at this point, he does not have access.
