Come on. Misiu explained it well. Even the SOC plus two doses of Leronlimab showed SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT over the SOC alone. Four injections would have been golden but even two shots made a significant difference - especially if you're one OF THE PATIENTS on ECMO or a vent!
It's too bad that Cytodyn picked Mortality as the end point.
This should have been tied to a health rating of some type.
Alive and on a vent, or Alive and on a wheel chair or alive and on supplemental oxygen equals alive and walking out of the hospital. This left results looking less clear than they should have been.
The new Brazil trials will be looking at whose walking out of the hospital.
